Time to talk about holy powers! The power most commonly used by the good guys!

Main uses

Holy powers are the powers of the divine. They're super powerful against the supernatural and the main opposition to dark powers. Shooting light lasers or balls of holy energy at enemies are the basic abilities. Holy power can also be infused with weapons to make them capable of slaying evil creatures. A can created constructs of beings of pure light and in some cases summon angels or divine creatures to their aid. In other instances it can be used to heal and even manipulate stars! Just like black holes, white holes exist as well as super novas and quasars that could also be considered in the light powers category! Also on that list includes holy fire and spells that can banish evil entities. Some can even resurrect the dead or gain divine aid from the heavens though prayer or chanting.

Dark side

There aren't many drawbacks for holy and light powers. Other than knowledge and experience, it seems to be a power that protects and destroys evil. But an interesting drawback of this could be on behalf of who wields it. Maybe if the isn't honest or doesn't give thanks to the powers they have, they're taken away. Or many the is hell bent on revenge but cannot take the persons life, because their holy powers stop them from doing so. And also like dark powers, it requires a high level of knowledge and precision use to full effectiveness.

Holy and light powers are slightly tricky to write. Since light is all colors it can be any hue or shade. But it's most popularly described as pure white to include them all. Light activity exists and can be seen in our world. In fact it's the very reason we can see at all! So realistically, it's appearance could vary depending on the one who sees it! It's can appear in the same forms as dark wether it be a solid, liquid or gas. But it can honestly take any for the writer chooses for it! It could be in the form of glowing butterflies, or a being of light that follows the ! It can even take the form of wings or feathers much like its angel counterparts! It's entirely up to you!
