it's been a long time since I've been seen

here, however, as my first duty after ing

the staff team once again as a curator, I

bring you a poll to determine what we will

utilize as genres for prompts! I'll explain

more below.

if you'll recall, years ago we used to do an

event called Quest of Titles (first iteration

found here) and, to increase activity,

we have decided to continue this legacy,

but make it so that it's permanent! though,

for us to start, we wanted to know the

types of stories that you, the community,

want to write the most! and as a result, we

figured allowing you all to vote for what

genres you'd like to see would assist us in

the prompt making process.

as the top four options are only the most

common   genres I have   personally   seen

written about, I am aware that not everyone

writes them. so, as a fifth option, I have

added the option for you all to comment

which genre(s) you'd like to see as well!

once this poll closes, staff will take the

order in which each option places, and

focus   on   that order for   the    prompt

creation process. this will apply to the

fifth option as well: if a certain genre

is mentioned X amount of times, we will

also prioritize that option.
