Is it that no one cares?

It brings only pain

That you can no longer bare?

Envy is you home

Deadly toxin

Never let this thought roam

Lay it in it's coffin

The itch you feel

Nothing but a worrisome bill

A coward you kneel

A prisoner you kill

Take this knowledge

Write this verbal torture

Don't acknowledge

Don't be the scorcher

Be a good doll

Only show a smile

Place up a wall

Don't show the size of you the vile

Is it your face and personality?

Or is it your ID?

Maybe your popularity?

None of them comes quite close

Each one will always be a attribute

It's simple as one two three

Maybe it's too close that it's blurry

Your name holds all you are

It's your calling

It's your home

When you lose it what do you have?

A empty shell

A name is all you have

So when you are given another name

A nickname of sorts, you hold onto it

You love the name

The simple name means more

It's your second home

Especially when your first is disastrous

So when it's stripped away

How come it burns just as bad?

It twists into your chest

It wrenches out that comfort

You will starve

To get that precious name back

To get your place back

But even you can see it

Nothing will be the same

Your identity gone

Your ticking bomb has exploded

So gather your pieces, go home to the first
