Mira and Mandy Dunnit! Part 1

The Maid Theory

"The maid did it!"

Lets go through each chapter so far and look at the clues :mag_right:

Chapter 1: Alpha Dies

- Mandy didn't want to go to wattcon to begin with.

- Mira complains, maybe trying to start a fight or some type of commotion.

- Mandy's the one to point out the hotel and suggest going to it.

-Mandy suggests that Alpha was murdered and Mira points out a note.

How did they kill Alpha?

- They took the opportunity when the lights went out.

- At this point, playing a game seems to be the only motive.

Chapter 2: Nova Dies

- Much like how Mandy suggested to go into the hotel, Mai suggests to look for rooms instead of getting out.

- Mandy seems impatient to explore the hotel, maybe to find ways to kill everyone?

- Why was this important for Mandy to observe? Everyone suspecting that one of their own was the killer would make the game more entertaining for the actual killer right? So technically, only the killer would care to think about how some were thinking tuat way.

- Take note that Mandy and Mira were assigned as roommates.

- some roomates went upstairs together, so we can assume that Mira and mandy went together.

- it doesn't say who this dialogue belongs to, but we can assume that it is Mira. Now, this might be a reference to their real life relationship, but it would be convenient for the story too. Mira says "losers" which refers to people who loses a game or competition. We know that the killer wants to play a game as they said "better play carefully". Furthermore, they want to "show" them that they can be the top.

How did they kill Nova?

- okay, this is where I question this duo's intentions. When Beth called out that there was a jacuzzi, Mira ran down along with Neon, Clovie and Nova, but without Mandy. Why, if they're so close?

*That means that Mandy could've been lurking close by prepping for their next kill.

- Mira purposely took off her glasses to cause a commotion in hopes to get Nova alone leaving an opportunity for Mandy to strike!
