That is very hard to say. Each frame does something different (exception for Loki and Ivara) Nidus is a great damage dealing/soaking frame, Equinox can suit so many kinds of play, Octavia can make almost every enemy kill them self, and Loki/Ivara are great for anything that can be done better with invisibility. Can’t really pick one being better than the other.
Like I say: everything in Warframe can be good. It’s just something’s are harder to make good than others.
I mean, I know a guy who can take a totally decked-out Mk-1 Braton to a Sortie and WIN.
That's a weapon, not a warframe.

I agree, his power strength is too OP
Saying you can't compare frames is like saying you can't compare weapons. The best frame is the frame that can top every other frame in every mission. Not only that, but the poll says otherwise.
I've said this time and time again there is no best frame every frame is good for certain situations except ember and titania they suck

It wasn't a buff it was a rework. Reworks tend to nerf the frame. For example, mag, banshee, saryn, ember, etc.

Since embers rework she can't do anything angaisnt any enemy lvl 30+ also the only situation titania is good is plague star
