I often think about lore I’ve put into her lately.

Selore’s role in my WOY fanfic: She was a trapped spirit inside an old statue that the watchdogs from homeworld sent as a gift to Commander Peepers when he conquered planets by himself, as he sent Lord Hater away due to his concern for Hater’s stress. Which, he begins to experience the pressure of taking on the empire by himself, and is greeted by a presence in his dreams at night. Selore explains that she has come to Peepers because she heard his soul screaming “Someone help me, I want power.” and embarks on about how she can help him and can grow as much as he wants her to.

Peepers whom isn’t easily persuaded by her promises, gives in jokingly, and finds himself surprised when his plans begin to carry themselves out smoothly, building an urge inside him to want more from Selore.

Relations with canon? Hm.. they’re complicated

- Wander and Sylvia don’t know about her besides their acknowledgment of Peepers’ strange behaviour lately

- Later on in the book, Sylvia shows a frightful dislike to Selore, often remarking on her height but that doesn’t stop her from fighting against Selore.

Peepers gradually begins to see Selore as a threat moreso than an Ally, often back talking and demanding more from the ex queen, which angered her.
