Derived from the character Mirai Komachi (ミライ小町), a Japanese VOCALOID developed by Bandai Namco Studio Inc. and distributed by YAMAHA Corporation, Small Mirai was created as an alternate and smaller form. She shares the same likings and interests as Mirai Komachi, being a smaller interpretation of the original character.

Her first appearance was on March 9, 2020. She was first called “tiny mirai,” according to this post. She has progressively been becoming smaller from that point.

It is unknown for why she was created. However, along with the other small loids, she has gained a positive reaction from VA.
