serious question

So, I'd like to submit the giant list of tutorials I've compiled to the catalog so people can favorite it, but I frequently edit it to add more.

Is it possible for me to edit it when it's in the catalog? And do the edits need to be approved by curators?

Sorry if this is a dumb question ;-;

I want more people to have easy access to the list instead of me just linking it all the time...
