Well I like varied a lot it's like you said more defined :)
ngl id love to see a slight mix of both if its not too much for you, itd look really good with your style tbh... but i really like both of them :) the varied one gives of a bit of a sketch-like vibe for something more sharp or angular, and the minimalistic one makes me think of something cleaner anf rounder and softer... just my opinion that nobody asked for tho lol

Idk about doing a mix of both tho, im worried it might look a little boring. These are kinda more of an exaggeration of my normal lineart style
