VSQx's basically have all the lyrics, notes, and other control parameter data that a Vocaloid sings. You open the file in the Vocaloid editor and the singer will sing. You make these files by drawing notes on the piano roll, typing in lyrics, adding any extra tuning stuff and saving the file.
