BNHA OC

I’ve finally poked my head out again to present to y’all my BNHA OC, Chiba. He can detach and reattach his limbs, and control them as if they were still a part of him. If he detaches them for too long though, he risks being unable to stick em back on, which would then cause his limbs to become useless due to the lack of fresh blood circulating through. He can forcefully put them back on in an emergency, but that’d require shaving off the flesh on the attaching areas, and then sticking the limbs back together.
