Hi everyone! This is a new Series I've started. I'm working on doing this every Tuesday for now. If it sometimes comes out late, it will definitely still be weekly. I'm gonna be ing this on a Thursday for this week only, due to a family emergency I had to deal with on Tuesday. So, what's the Video Game News for this week? By the way, this Nintendo Switch 2 Direct was one of the best Nintendo Directs ever in my personal opinion!

Nintendo Switch 2 Direct 4.2.25 Recap

• 2 of the new features for the Nintendo Switch 2 have been officially announced by Nintendo. It is a Nintendo Switch 2 Camera and GameChat. They will both be releasing on the same day as the Nintendo Switch 2.

• Mario Kart World has been officially announced by Nintendo. It will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 the same day as the Nintendo Switch 2. More details about this game in a Mario Kart World Direct on April 17, 2025.

• Nintendo Switch 2: Welcome Tour has been officially announced by Nintendo. It will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5, 2025.

• Drag X Drive has been officially announced by Nintendo. It will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 in Summer 2025.

• Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment has been officially announced by AAA Games Studio. It will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 in Winter 2025.

• The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom both are getting Nintendo Switch 2 Editions officially announced by Nintendo. They will both be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5, 2025.

• Super Mario Party Jamboree is getting a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition officially announced by Nintendo. Also, the Nintendo Switch Edition is getting the Jamboree TV Update. The Jamboree TV Update will be releasing on Nintendo Switch on July 24, 2025 and the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 on July 24, 2025.

• Kirby Air Riders has been officially announced by Nintendo. It will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025.

• Donkey Kong Bananza has been officially announced by Nintendo. It will be releasing on Nintendo Switch 2 on July 17, 2025.
