I just got bored and decided to make something else for Halloween qwp and ig I made a new oc. shes a ghost witch and her name is "Ms. Wonders".
so basically Ms. Wonders is a ghost witch, her hands aren't attached to her body bc of a potion gone wrong and now they're detached from her body, one pulling at her hair and the other pulling at the end of her hat.
I didn't feel like shading and color and stuff like that so I just left it as is qwp
