Awhile back a friend of mine made quite the excellent point, God tiers are no more special than you and I anymore. And everyone has had a part in that, since chats don’t really limit god tiers and we’re always feeding our power hungry needs what with forbidden tiers.
Anyways they told me that god tiers are around just about every chat, so much so that the actually squishies of the chat are outnumbered by the god tiers. And canonically this would be pure bull.
So I say all this to say, let’s normalize having lower tier oc’s. Thank you for coming to my Scooter talk.

You have a very good point. If only there are more abilities with potential that are lower than 3.4 or just lower the mastery of an elite ability or a high tier/god tier ability for making OCs.

like an oc intentionally made to be low tier
not made as a high tier then "oh for this one rp a low tier"
