Still recovering from the struggle of a past dark age, and slowly recovering the Arkhanate seems all but on its way to a second golden age with Galleus as its starborn guardian.

910: The Dark Age

Decedent rulers have taken hold as despite its devotion to meritocracy, nobles in all but name have found loopholes to exploit the realm to such a degree even the Arkhan has been tainted. Now stagnant under the rule of a lethargic bastard.

523: The Golden Age

Roman may be a controversial tyrant, but his success is unquestioned. For the glory of his conquests and military expansion laid the foundation for centuries of glory even after his ing. Yet, perhaps he shall rule again, and remind the Universe of its rightful ruler.

20: The First Steps

The first Arkhan has ed. Gloirè, The First Succesor, must try and fill the boots of the Universes greatest visionary, conquerer, and statesmen. She must continue the great dream.
