Volfex is the forth kid that is seen, and is the very first shipchild I've ever made, and of my own volition!

Volfex was created more or less on purpose, yet for the purpose of being an assistant. A version of Ink had infiltrated a Birdtale AU, and had stolen Bird!Sans' soul. Ink had combined all of his vials with the soul, and eventually Volfex was created. Ink, of course, sometimes forgot he existed in the Doodlesphere, and really only made Volfex keep track of his stuff. That is, until Volfex had accidentally fallen into another Birdtale AU when he was 5, and was stuck there until he was 10. For the time he was in the Birdtale AU, everyone had treated him horribly for not having wings, and was an outcast, and was forced to hang out with the kids naturally born with no wings. When he finally discovered his inky wings, he had leaped off a cliff to save someone who had been knocked out of the sky, and his wings just appeared. This happened when he was 10, and immediately after he escaped into an AU that he didn't know, and found someone who called him 'partner in crime'. They stuck together for around a year before an accident causing the other monster's death, and in a frenzy of panic, he jumped into a Horrortale AU and found Crucifix.

Volfex had been wandering around the area, and freaked out a Fell!MK who alerted Fell!Undyne, and because of this chain of events, Crucifix, Heath, and Muscadine appeared just as she was about to attack Volfex, and she was killed in an instant by Crucifix. Volfex was introduced to Heath and Muscadine by Crucifix, who quickly discovered that the scary duo was similar to them in of 'creation', as in Crucifix just appeared, and Volfex was created for a very minimal reason. As in they were just as much of outcasts as the first duo. So Heath immediately conjured up the bright idea of Volfex and Crucifix becoming 'family', and Volfex, being his emotionless, logical, and rude self at the moment, was going to question this idea very rudely, until Crucifix shut his mouth and told him to summon his wings before he answered and said something too logical to be logical. So Volfex did, and he was so overridden by emotion in that exact moment to meet new people, that he fainted. So Crucifix agreed on both of their behalfs, and carried Volfex out of the Underfell AU into the Living Void, where they occupied two of the rooms and where they've been ever since.

(After Volfex woke up, his emotionless self thought the family idea was silly, while his emotional self thought it was the greatest idea ever.)

(Crucifix didn't want to it it, but he absolutely loved the idea of having a family.)

(Muscadine was weirded out by Heath's proposal, but he really couldn't object and didn't think it was too bad of an idea to gather other kids like them.)

(Heath just wanted a family, so he started to make one. :blush: )
