She once lived in Waterfalls, yet soon migrated to the Ruins cause of the amount of rain.

In the Ruins she could help the others with her ability called 'riverdance.'

Or well, this is how she decided to call it herself cause of the musical and movie.

She loves fantasy and the music fills her with positive thoughts.

Actually her ability 'riverdance' can make it rain wherever she desires. Usually it's to water the many plants in Ruins.

Most of all, she spends her time with the roses though.
