The design is simple but beautiful! This is a tough one; I'd like to see a small vibrant streak of the same colour of green in a V shape on her chest to balance the colours out more. Although the colours are very balanced together already, it also if not the V shape looks as if it's missing some pattern on the back. Streaks should help strongly for this, even the smallest of a colour in the right place can determine from the better of a design or for the worst. Perhaps dots (same green colour) could help, such as how you have some on her ear, the same as her back with at least some dots.

Other than that I can't really think of anything else, your design is already very nice!
