The following rules and guidelines are set in place to help keep the community safe and fun for all . If a is in violation of the rules and guidelines they will be subject to disciplinary actions. These include a warning, one or more strikes, a ban and/or other actions deemed necessary to remedy any violations. When ing this community you are agreeing to follow all rules and guidelines. If you do not agree to this, then please leave the community. Your hip in this community is a privilege. Failure or refusal to follow all rules and guidelines may result in the loss of this privilege.

Failure to read and follow the Amino & Community Guidelines is no excuse for breaking the rules.

THE FOLLOWING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

1. Sexual Content.

Any explicit or implicit depictions of nudity & pornography, discussion of sex acts, depictions and discussion of sexual actions (groping genitals, breasts or buttocks), overly sexual images and names. images or depictions of characters or people in underwear (panties, boxers/briefs and bras)

Sexual proposals or soliciting s for nudes, sexting, inappropriate roleplay or any other sexual actions or activities.

2. Personal Attacks.

Threatening, harassing, bullying, intimidating, shaming, call-outs, slandering and name calling.

3. Discrimination.

Discrimination against anyone for their gender identity, race, sex, sexual/romantic attractions or lack of, religion or political views.

4. Violent Content.

Gore, real or artistic depictions of self-harm or suicide, descriptions or in-depth discussion of self-harm and suicide, excessively violent images.

*If you are struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please reach out to a mental health professional, a trusted friend or family member or a crisis hotline.

5. Spam.

Posts that are incoherent, nonsensical, meaningless or irrelevant. Wiki entries without a minimum of three (3) relevant sentences, chain mail, asking for likes, “follow-for-follow”, posts saying you are leaving the community.

*Multi-day challenges (10/30 etc day getting to know you challenges are to be posted in the Multi-Challenge Chat! Challenges in blogs are now ONLY permitted if you have more than a full paragraph to write, AND you provide 3 filler images ahead of the challenge image! :purple_heart: Thank you!)

6. Advertising & Self Promotion.

Advertising other Amino communities without explicit permission from a leader.

Posts made with the purpose of advertising one's social media and other information (Facebook, Kik, Snapchat, Instagram, Skype, Discord, YouTube etc).

*If given permission to , you will be allowed one (1) blog post to your community. Please list the name of the leader(s) who gave you permission at the bottom of the post. ment posts that do not list the person(s) who gave permission will be disabled.

*You may and self promote freely in your bio. ments or links to anything deemed inappropriate is subject to disciplinary action.

7. Dating & Chasing.

Attempting to use the community to date, seeking people to date within the community, ing the community for the purpose of dating.

Anyone 'chasing', objectifying, sexualizing, or fetishzing trans people will be subject to disciplinary action.

8. Sharing Personal Information.

This includes full name, address, phone number, or any other personal information.

*s who use their full name will be asked to change or remove one or more parts of their name.

9. Impersonation & Catfishing.

Impersonating, or attempting to impersonate anyone or otherwise yourself off as someone you are not.

10. Plagiarism.

Claiming authorship over work you do not own.

*If claiming authorship of a piece of work, please provide proof of ownership or your post may be disabled.

*Everyone is encouraged to credit artists when including their work in a post.

11. Inappropriate Language.

Excessive swearing, use of derogatory , inflammatory, invalidating, hateful, hurtful, or intentionally offensive language.

12. Illegal Activities.

Discussion of, bragging about or glorifying underage drinking & underage smoking, glorifying or bragging about the consumption of controlled substances, depictions of controlled substances, discussion of engaging in illegal actions.

13. Debate & Arguing.

Inciting or attempting to incite debates or arguments, 'stirring the pot'.

14. Three Sentence Rule (3SR)

All posts must contain a minimum of three (3) relevant sentences. Posts that do not meet this requirement will be disabled. Repeated violation of this rule will result in escalating disciplinary action.

15. Misc.

1. “Do I ?”, ”How do I look?”, ”Would you date me?”, "Should I do a face reveal?", “Do you need dysphoria to be trans?” posts.

2. Encouraging people to engage in prohibited actions within or outside the community.

3. Excessively flashy gifs.

4. “Two Gender” posts

*Two gender memes, posts aiming to deny the existence or validity of nonbinary identities.

5. Using alternate s to by strikes or bans.

6. Posting images of private conversations from within or outside the community without fully censoring any identifying information. Furthermore, any images of private conversations must not be used in an attempt to incriminate or shame an individual.

7. Invalidating nonbinary or genderqueer individuals. As such are expected to be inclusive of nonbinary and genderqueer individuals.

8. Shirtless pictures and pictures with nipples visible.

*Exceptions will only be made for swimwear, top surgery appreciation and binders.

9. Name polls and posts.

Public Chat Guidelines

All public chats must be approved before creation. Please fill out this form to put in a request for approval. Chats that have not been approved will be disabled.

The current required member rank to create a public chat is level 7.

Public chats are a privilege. Leaders may revoke this privilege from any member at any time.

1. Public chats must be kept in English.

2. Chat organizers are responsible for creating rules for their chat. Chats without rules will be disabled. "Follow all guidelines" is not sufficient. (Amino and Community Guidelines still apply and may not be superseded by chat rules)

3. Chat organizers are responsible for moderating their chat and ensuring it stays within the chat and community guidelines.

4. Inactive or unmoderated chats will be disabled within a Week of inactivity.

When ed by a Leader or Curator:

- Leaders and Curators are not required to act friendly when enforcing the rules and guidelines. As long as they are not violating any guidelines, there should be no reason to be upset if you are ed.

- Making threats, trying to bully or intimidate any of the Moderation team will result in a strike for the first offense, and depending on repeated offenses - either a strike or ban depending on the severity of the offence, and at the Leaders discressions.

- Ignoring a Leader or a Curator and blatantly breaking the same rule in defiance will result in a strike or a ban depending on severity and at the Leaders discressions.

- Leaders and Curators are not required to inform you of why your post was disabled if the reasoning is clear in the guidelines. If your content was disabled and you are not sure why, check the guidelines.

~ Examples: Your post is disabled for not following the community guidelines. You receive a PM from a Leader or curator about why it was disabled, and what you can do to get the post re enabled:

Do NOT:

· Make a new post with the exact same content and no modifications.

· Make a new post breaking the exact same rule with no regard to to the previous rule breaking

· Be rude to and personally attack the enforcing the community guidelines and rules, or the community itself for having the rules we have - this counts for in PM as well as posts anywhere in the community.

· Make a post lashing out at the community. When you enter this community you land right on the Rules and Guidelines. There is no excuse for breaking the rules.

Do:

· Read what the Leader or Curator wrote to you.

· Read the community Rules and Guidelines once more to understand why you have been ed or why your content was hidden.

· If the who ed you has offered a way for you to have your content re-enabled, work with them! We are happy to re-enable content that is modified to follow the community guidelines. n_n

· that we are people too and we are simply doing our roles in this community. <3 Being rude to the team will no longer be tolerated.

Strike System

Strikes prohibit participation in the community for a set amount of time.

First Strike: 24 hour mute.

Second Strike: 72 hour mute.

Third Strike: Automatic Ban.

Leaders and curators reserve the right to take disciplinary action against content or people they feel is being disruptive or detrimental to the community.

Do not hesitate to message a leader if you have any questions or concerns. Please allow at least 1-2 hours for a response as we are busy individuals with lives outside the community.

If you come across content that violates the rules & guidelines, please flag said content so a leader may address it.
