Hi all! I'm quite please to see all the new enjoying themselves here! I really feel like we are growing here with positive and loving energy! Plus sass! Always gotta have some of that!
With all this new energy I'm looking for a new chat idea! Just only approved chats can be opened here!

A chat specifically related to medical stuff like HRT and doctor recommendations for surgery and stuff?
My first suggestion is a chat for suggestions to be made, so that staff have an ease of access view into what of the server want. can , leave a comment on what they like and leave, or stay to see new ideas in the hope of generating more for themselves. That also makes this entire process easier.
