Alora stood beside the old wooden book shelf gazing over the titles. Nothing necessarily peaked her interest but nonetheless she looked. Her slender fingers grazed over the spines as she tried to find something to occupy her mind until her next lesson. Almost every book in that room had been read a dozen times (if not more). Her eyes caught on a small book she’d only seen once. Alora’s sister Moira had kept the book to herself. She gently picked up the book and brushed off the dirt from the cover. “Dragons” the golden title on the front read. Alora rolled her eyes yes dragons seemed to be interesting but why? What did these huge beasts have that made them so interesting? Alora was lost in her thought when the door creaked open slowly. She turned only to see…..

Alora was the second born twin more stubborn to be born than Moira. She weighed one pound less than her sister exactly. Her hair wasn’t white at birth in fact it was brown as her sisters. It is to be believed theirs a Targaryen who has been in her family tree somewhere explaining her white hair. But most of their kingdom speculates her mother has been unfaithful to her father.

𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝

Alora was a quiet child constantly toddling after her mother following her everywhere. Obedient for the most part always listening to her mother more than her father. The two were close and Alora took after her in nature and hobbies. Alora loved to be outside in the gardens her mother planted. Flowers and dirt were her favorites.

𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬

As a teen Alora began to learn her duties. She studied High Valyrian once but gave up after a while. Alora stuck to the basics as far as lessons he kingdoms history and lessons in royalty behavior. Often learning embroidery from her mother and reading books from her parent’s library. Alora grew to understand a woman in her time was to provide heirs for a man of her parents choosing. Most girls took that with a grain of salt. Alora took it as a duty. To honor her kingdom and family was to bring forth boys to a king.

𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝

As an adult Alora is eventually married off to the prince (soon to be king) or king of their choosing. She strives to be the perfect wife. Always doing her best to maintain her looks and be presentable. She strives to be obedient and make her husband happy in anyway she possible can including providing as many children as she can.

𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡

In her older years Alora has taken to her chambers to simply live and embroider. The one thing her old hands how to do. She is visited and feasts with her children and grandchildren at least once in a while. At the time of her death she is said to be happy and content. Ready to finally see her husband again.
