1) Tyrion : the hatred is very clear
2) Jamie: as by the end of season 6 he seemed damn pissed
3) Arya : as to take a name off her list
4) Daenerys: because the iron throne is her by right

The iron throne is not dany's by right. I don't understand why people make this mistake all the time. It is the baratheons' by right. Overthrowing kings and their kingdoms was pretty common in those days. After that it belonged to the new king. And now that that the Lannisters have overthrown the baratheons, it's theirs

Jamie - she should be killed by a younger brother and he already killed one monarch who burned people - he will do it again.
I think he will. But I suspect Arya will die in her quest to kill Cersei, and probably at the hands of the Mountain. Then Jamie will finish Cersei off to prevent more innocent civilian deaths and/or to honor his pledge to Cat. I wonder if all 3 [Arya, Mountain and Brienne] will meet up and head for Kings (Queens) landing.
Arya because every other kill that she's crossed off her list has been especially brutal.
