Hi everyone this post like many others I formulated will be slightly messy, and a tad saucy.
In this post I will explain what I’ll be doing next regarding Martyn, the GOT game on pc (benchmarks included for nerds) and Martyn’s Daughter I keep forgetting to write and further more.
Regarding Martyn.
Martyn himself is what most might say a Mary Sue-like character, without weaknesses or limitations. But I’d like to address this. At the beginning of his journey within the service of the Night’s Watch, he did take several wounds that were life threatening, a reminder that just because he’s eternally youthful as one of the closest connections to the First Men (his mother being one of them), but as for ing his biological mystical properties from birth, his body becomes stronger and more resilient to what wounded him prior. Physical features (At his CURRENT strength threshold that improves over time) are comparable to former world’s Strongest Man deadlift world record: Eddie Hall’s 500kg deadlift but 25x multiplied or total weight in pounds;

Might sound ridiculously over the top but based on the encounters, conflicts and wounds that either incapacitated him for weeks or severe enough to prevent his capacity to fight. Not to mention his starting threshold for strength was just lifting up a Wagon above his head with relatively amount of struggle. (sorry for the very unstructured approach but I will make a solution soon)
The GOT game. (King’s Road)
I will later this week or month post my thoughts, impressions and the benchmarks from a 1440p ultra Native and 1440p ultra w/ Upscaling if such system is available in such a game. My current pc specifications are: ASUS Prime B650 AM5 Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, U Cooler from Deepcool, 32gb DDR5 ram, XFX Swift 3 fan AMD RX 7800 XT, 2 one TB ssds from crucial, 750watt PSU from CORSAIR and a case a panic bought that luckily fits all my components.
Roughly the games I have played so far has worked sufficiently, running demanding games without a struggle due to the huge VRAM buffer; 16gb. (Preferable for any wanting to get into pc gaming. Happy to do another post although relegating the game choices to genre similar to game of thrones to remain relevant) I will be sure to play King’s road to completion, perform benchmark analysis through iPhone Notes (yes I don’t have a windows key so i can’t use any Microsoft office service) oh one more thing.
Please avoid Nvidia graphics cards. Recent events have become evident that they do not care about gamers anymore just data forms (AI Machine Learning) the drivers they have released lately have done nothing but fuck me sideways with the mighty rod of incompetence and disrespect, my 4070 laptop that used to work supremely well for its price tag, is now constantly black screening for no reason, hard crashing for no reason and suddenly just refuses to perform like it did before I updated the drivers. However the stigmata on AMD is a farce these days, just because they aren’t as capable at Ray Tracing features in games and video editing and 3D modelling doesn’t mean they don’t have value per price to performance. Like a 600-750 dollar or pound GPU from AMD that out performs a 1000-1300+ dollar or pound GPU from NVIDIA. I’m talking about AMD RX 9070 XT Against NVIDIA RTX 5080 (the 5080 is just a slightly better 4080 super)
However with me planning on getting an upgrade by November from a 7800 XT to a 9070 XT (thats 40-45 percent increase in performance from the RX 7800 XT) and since the price difference is only 250 dollars or pounds depending on the model you want, it can be cheaper. It is quite clear that the value of a product is more important than the status of NVIDIA’s complacency and sad RTX 50 series cards.
Now regarding Mircalla Targaryen.
I found it interesting to try to get a rendition of Castlevania’s (Netflix) version of Carmilla into GoT as the daughter of Martyn and Daenarys with the vampiric nature. It’s something that on paper, with an easy explanation very fun to write but when it came to the writing process I got stuck, I didn’t want her to seem like a Mary Sue type, although my notes state otherwise which saved me from regretting my writing choices, the notes state:
“Mircalla used as a symbol of forced strength demanded by the need of the people of Westeros” “A maternal frustration that can never be fully realised” and “Groomed by public to be seductive and powerful, only realised as unaware and exhausted with herself”
Mircalla is basically a woman who in a sense groomed herself to be a powerful feminine figure that is so deeply confused and fractured on the inside. Her own interpretation of the guidance from her father was a misinterpretation of the conversations and lessons given by him personally. (Side note: Martyn finds value to perform his own teaching to his children in regards in letting them to use their own mind, think for themselves and understand that no matter who they are, the world will never focus on you but your actions as a leader will be what matters most.)
She hated the idea her public appearance was her life outside her bedchambers, she hated herself for thinking she failed her father but Martyn failed her because he had no right to speak so holy than thou. He regretted so much that he lets her fixate on her own life, to take Blackfyre, fly to Essos and find herself, own what she made herself and refine what Mircalla Targaryen “Lady of Blood” or to the north “Silver Fox” can be.

I’ve been rather giddy and excited to announce this, it’s very special and from what this addition of lore is, many of you will LOVE IT!!!
Martyn’s House; “Bjorn” will have a specialised regiment of “Beefy”, “Tall”,
”DILF Enforcers”
Yes, a total of 5,500 dads who are as described, as specialised enforcers with the experience and knowledge of conflicts and unorthodox methods of fighting wars (Westerosi SAS basically) reason why the Father attribute is required is because each enforcer holds responsibility over new recruits of high potential. Each enforcer titled as;
”vǫrðr”
Vǫrðr in Norse history by term means “Caretaker” or “Guardian” which each one of these Vǫrðr Enforcers are a multitude use soldier: An warrior, An Enforcement of Law, A caretaker of children and the most elite force of military power in a soldier that only the General of the Army and Hand of the King, King or Queen of Westeros can command them. Although they will override any authority if it deters the objective of protecting them or killing targets. Once a vǫrðr is set on a task, you cannot legally change its command. Age requirement and military requirements are 28 years age, 10 years military. Height requirements between 6ft 8 and 7 ft. (We’re talking about big beef cakes of dad strength and experience. I know what my audience like)
