Hello Thrones Amino!!

I decided that I would like to work towards obtaining cert Aegon once again. Anyone around last year knew I had it, but I gave it up because I felt I wouldn’t have the time, now I believe I can dedicate the time every month for the cert and I do really miss being cert Aegon.

The King fidgeted with the ring on his hand, as if using it for a sense of comfort in this dark hour. The emotions had consumed him and he let his rage loose upon hearing the news and at the council meeting. The suggestion made by his grandsire to parade his little son around the streets to the common folk was vile and he did not wish it to occur. Though he was learning they do not always listen to him on that council and especially now as they used his grief as an excuse to deem his judgement unfit.

What the bitch false Queen did….it is an act he would and could never forgive. Any thoughts of allowing her mercy if she were to bend the knee were ridden from his mind. Only her life would suffice now. Jaehaerys was an innocent. A little boy. They stole his life in the most cruel manner that is unforgivable. The death of Lucerys was no excuse to pull a little boy from his bed in-front of his mother and kill him. Aemond was the cause of Lucerys death not Aegon nor Helaena and yet they now suffered the price.

As he sat in his chambers before the lit fire, alone in this moment, the weight of the crown felt immense. Tears fell from his eyes and slowly down his cheek as he processed that no matter what he did, his son was not coming back to him.

“I swear to every god there is, I will avenge you my son….the traitors who took you from me will regret it…”

Aegon trailed off as he spoke to himself. He gripped the ring for a moment then let it go.

“I will make them pay.”

His voice cracked as the tears choked him up and his head fell into his hands, the sobs were the only noise one could hear. The grief of a father for his son taken too soon.
