As Bran told Meera, "The monsters cannot so long as the Wall stands and the men of the Night's Watch stay true, that's what Old Nan used to say." And we've learned that Old Nan wasn't just some old bitty full of shit. So, the Wall will not be brought down by any old horn. No, the Wall will come down when the brothers of the Night's Watch abandon it, just as the dragon was released from the spells that bound it when the last of the Starks abandoned Winterfell. But how will the CotF accomplish this? The wheel is already in motion. The die is cast. The CotF will do so, no have done so, by using Bran.

Varamyr Sixskins

Everyone believes that the prologue to A Dance with Dragons was to foreshadow Jon entering Ghost when he is killed. OK, I'll buy that, but i think there was a greater purpose. What did Varamyr do when he neared death? He attempted to warg a human. He failed. Who's been warging a human for 3 books now? Bran Stark. And the CotF didnt bring Bran to their lair for his charming personality. No, they wanted his abilities. And once wed to the trees, the CotF gained that ability. OK Lord Crackpot, even if that's true, so what. Who are they gonna warg? What are they gonna do? It's already done. The past is already written. The ink is dry.

CotF Killed Jon Snow

Reread Jon's stabbing scene and recall Whit Whittlestick's reaction. He acted like he didn't know what he had done. I dont think he did. OK, what about the others that stabbed their Lord Commander? It would be nice to have some corroborating evidence, but we see it all through Jon's POV and he is a little caught up dying to give us a good .

Let's Look at this Step by Step

Step1

CotF gain the ability to warg man by wedding Bran with the tree.

Step 2

CotF gain intel on goings on inside Castle Black. Melisandre, Weirwood and Towers some fun possibilities, but the thing I find important is the trees on the other side of the Wall now have faces. The old Gods, no the CotF, can now see the goings on of the Night's Watch. They know the score. They know Jon Snow gave the Wildlings safe age. They know they are now fiercely loyal to him. So, how to use this?

Step 3

Warg the sworn brothers and kill the Lord Commander.

OK, What Happens Now?

All of the above has already occurred. What do you think will happen now? C'mon it doesn't take a rocket scientist. The Wildlings seeing their lone ally among the Night's Watch killed, will in turn kill the remaining black brothers. Oh, there will be holdouts. Those remaining loyal to Jon will be spared by Tormund and company, but the black brothers depleted numbers will be further depleted. Eastwatch has already been further depleted by their excursion to Hardhome. Shadow Tower remains, but I foresee some sort of attack, don't you?

Brother Jon the Messiah!

No, I haven't forgotten that Jon Snow will rise from the dead. He can still put a monkey-wrench in the CotF's plans, but wasn't he on his way to Winterfell when he was killed? Quite likely to take those remaining with him too now.

The Wall Comes Down!

Timber! And just like with the Dragon of Winterfell, the Wall comes down as a Stark (OK half Stark) abandons his post.

Oh, the Humanity!

And I can't wait! To see the 79 Sentinels in action! Zombie on zombie warfair! Cats and dogs, living together, total anarchy! End of days are indeed upon us! Armageddon! No, Snowmageddon!
