Little Brother, I'll find another Pt1

Hullo there. So who else really wants Jaime or Tyrion to be the ones to kill Cersei. Therefore, to appropriately celebrate the coronation of our new Queen, I thought why not dedicate a couple polls on all of the interesting valonqars in our history. The little brother has a very curious place in our story, as they primarily drive the story forwards seeing that the elder usually ends up somehow killed. But regardless, elder brothers hold a special fatherly respect in many ways. Anyway, just to gauge the tastes of this community further, why not go ahead and pick your favorite little brother in our story.

Don't go for your favorite character, but instead for the favorite brother based on the relationship with his elder brother/sister. Also, I wanna get this done before the moving deadline, so I'll offer no commentary, only some quotes which do it far more justice than i could. So without further ado,
