We've all seen Dany state that she's going to, "break the wheel", but never has she stated how she plans on doing this or what exactly, breaking the wheel means. We do know that the "wheel" is a metaphor for the great houses of Westeros.

Now to understand what this means we need to go to the beginning of it all. Aegon's Conquest. The original Targaryen that created the wheel by uniting the seven kingdoms under one rule. It would be quite ironic to find that the only way to break the wheel is to undo the seven kingdoms and set them free. Now, back in season 6 we see Dany grant the Iron Islands their freedom, as a reward for ing her cause. However, the Iron Islands had to repay this reward not only with their allegiance to Dany, but they had to also stop their reaving and pillaging of villages on the coast line.

This made no sense to me at all. Once the iron islands are free from Westerosi monarchy control, don't they have the power to do as they please? This means that if the wheel is broken through independence of the crown, all the kingdoms will enter an all out war.

The mother of dragons also can propose to elect a ruler. This one is probably the most far fetched as everyone knows how entitled Daenary's is. But if she is removed from the picture, and Tyrion ends up surviving. Dany's ideology of breaking the wheel can live on with Tyrion being in charge of holding an election for the new king or queen of Westeros.

Probably the most plausible way Dany can destroy the wheel is by destroying it literally. Meaning burning all the opposing houses. She only has to do away with Jon, Gendry, Robin Arryn, and Cersei at this point. Most of the great houses are in shambles, and if she does burn them all then she will truly be the only one fit to be the Queen. We've seen her do this to the Dothraki leaders, and all their followers quickly bent the knee to her. Once she does this she will truly be, Daenarys Stormborn of House Targaryen, First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of the Ashes and the Ice Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons. The one true Queen of Westeros.

Nicely done. :wolf: :purple_heart: :wolf:
I totally disagree that the wheel started with Aegon. Harren the Black was trying to carve out his rulership in the Riverlands and take control of much of the land in the area. It had been opposing sides clashing in Westeros for centuries before Aegon's arrival. He, in fact, had a peaceful reign. It wasn't until after his death, the Faith took issue with Targaryens and rebellions started. Which again, is just a battle for power, against the Faith and the Crown. So, there was and will always be a perverbial "wheel" to break, until a system of democracy is out in place. Just as Dany already did in Meeren, she can set up a system of democracy in Westeros. That is how to break the "wheel."
Great piece!
She will forget to oil it. :ferris_wheel:

The two ladies are sitting on thrones and Jon is standing I believe he will be the last one standing and I am sorry to say the ladies are going to be gone! That is what I see when I look at this.
I’m hoping NK create power chaos and destroy the Throne KL the best place for NK to have a huge Army
For Dany if Jon didn’t change 180 and stay as he is not into throne and political play he will stay away
Westeros Isn’t England if he married Dany and she became a queen automatically he will a king
Because of Democracy , parliament and Constitutional Courts foundation Europe created 2 things 1-,King consort / Prince consort (Which is title for the queen husband is prince he can't carry the title of king) and !2-Crown Matrimonial ( Which limits the power of a queen or king right to co-reign equally with his or her spouse)
