Daenerys Instagram Profile

Hello hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! I’m back with another post, and today I thought I’d try something I haven’t done before! I decided to make a Daenerys-inspired Instagram with the help of this website. Obviously, Instagram isn’t a thing in ASOIAF canon, but I thought this would be a fun little AU where Dany has an Instagram !

To make Dany’s profile, I used the website linked above, which is called fakedetail.com. It was pretty straightforward to use and I liked all the customisation options it offered. I did notice that there were a lot of pop ups, but for a free site, it was a good tool. To start with, I gathered a bunch of photos from Pinterest and added a filter to each to tie them together. I went for a pale aesthetic and chose images with a lot of black/white/silver and ones that I thought suited Dany’s character. Unfortunately, you can’t see all the images in the final Instagram profile, but these are the ones I started with!

Then, I went to fakedetail.com to put the profile together! This is what it looks like before customisation and after I started customising it by adding the profile picture and changing the name. I chose Stormborn as her name as I thought it went well with the pale aesthetic I was going for. I really liked the profile picture image when I came across it on Pinterest, it reminded me a lot of Dany, particularly with the long, silver hair. It seemed like the perfect aesthetic image to use as a profile picture.

Aaand here’s the final result! It’s pretty simple but I’m happy with how it turned out. Unfortunately, you can’t see all the pictures I originally wanted to add to Dany’s profile, but you can see them in the collage above. I also played around with the numbers and decided to give her a good amount of followers (because she deserves lots of followers :relieved: ). I kept her bio simple, just “mother of dragons”, and I imagined that her would be filled with photos of Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion.

I noticed that the website also has the options to make other fake social media profiles, so I might try another one in the future. But that’s all for now! Until next time :wave:
