Corlys And Rhaenys Sketch

Hey! I've been sorta absent on amino revently mostly because I've been slacking in keeping up with the recent HOTD Episodes. 🙃

But I wanted to post this peice just as I go along with it. I decided in my spare time to draw Corlys and Rhaenys as these two have become my absolute favourite characters in this show by FAR.

To be honest it's been quite a while since I've fully drawn out a piece including colour and I'm slowly working on it.

But I'm pretty proud of what I've got so far.

Usually I stick to silly little sketches on random paper scraps and I'm not all that secure in my digital art just yet. But I figured practice makes perfect and who better to practice drawing?

I also found I'm not very skilled in drawing older folks and it probably shows... but again I don't think you can get better at something without trying!

Here's the sketch by itself without the blue background. It's all sorta placeholders until I get the colour going. I have some pretty good ideas with this particular sketch and have a good idea of how I'm going to finish it.

I will be posting the finished product when it's done; I'm simply excited to show what I've been doing outside of being online here.

I don't own any sort of real drawing equipment and this is done on my phone... rip my fingers :skull:
