In Holland it is legal to smoke it in coffee shops and at home. It is illegal to smoke it out on the streets and in public areas. I find this a reasonable guideline for the rest of the world to foĺlow and structure their laws on legalizing by. And as a Holistic Healer, I am also a huge medical marijuana er.
