You went on an adventure by yourself? And have you Ever felt alone?

I'm gonna knock off 2 for 1 as they both correlate with each other.

It was late October 31st and I was making my way to California to see a "love interest" but also to see what California had to offer. Went by myself, I was nervous to say the least. Betsy ("love intrest") and her sister picked me up from Sacramento airport and finally met in person when we where skyping for over a year on and off.

While I was there for the 2 weeks I was there. I ended up spending more time with her best friend Tereza than her when 4 months before we planned for me to visit her and do stuff together. Tereza even said that she wanted to help with the planning but Betsy insisted that she does the planning herself. I did tell her if she was too busy to let me know so did my own exploring most of the time while I was there.

4 days before I was due to fly back home, I gave her an earful about all the things she said we where gonna do, then she said "lets go to San Fransico tomorrow" I was cool with it but was still upset that I had to get that irritated and mad for her to follow her word.

We all went, Me, Betsy, her sister and brother-in-law.

I had a good time while I was in San Fransico but felt so alone. I tried talking to Betsy and her sister but it was all small talk, Betsy asks me "Why are you so quiet? You talked so much when we skyped." And I told her "I'm here by myself, everytime I try to talk to you, you tend to veer off and talk to your sister which I get, but you have to understand that you have your Family here, I don't and I cant help but feel abit out of place here."

To be honest I would of felt better exploring the city by myself. Was really homesick and missing my Family.

It was a journey with its ups and downs but I got the answers I needed, also found some of myself along the way. Met more people from California and the friendly locals was an experience.
