General Mentality/Personality: Charlie has a stubborn personality and hates being told what to do. She will threaten you if you talk to her in the wrong tone, but once you get to know her she is the sweetest, and most bold person you might ever meet.

Personality Strengths: She can stand up for herself and others, and put people in their places.

Personality Flaws: She gets into several fights, and currently has no friends. She also tends to flirt with anyone and everyone.

Personal History:   Charlie was born February 12, 1875, Charlie grew up never knowing who her parents were leaving her to be an orphan. She would run around Blackwater and steal for her own good. One day she decided to go for a swim and ended up stumbling along a gang. The gang decided to take her in as there own, and raise her. When she turned 17, The truth about her gang came clear to her that they weren’t good people. They were horrible people, so she ran. She is currently 23, and continues to now fight for her life against her old Gang.
