Hey , I'm currently running a short anonymous survey about shifting, especially to better understand why some people can shift on command while others struggle a lot despite trying . It's open to everyone who shift on command even if you do difficulty or easily . Every perspective is helpful if you don't it's alright you can share .

I would really love to see the results you get :) unfortunately for me i don’t shift on command yet but i have shifted accidentally before and get vivid dreams. Anyways, i hope you get a lot of results
