Weapons and Armour:
An angelic steel O-katana infused with a piece of the wielder (one black feather from his wings) that was made by God and can cut through or destroy anything, even through the fabric of space-time and creation itself (excluding Him, for he is the master of the sword & God, for obvious reasons), it also has the power to kill immortals, prevent reincarnation or resurrection through the complete eradication of the soul, and can self-repair itself. It is called "Silver Scorch" and Raguel is the only one capable of wielding it. It follows his every thought or command. It can also be summoned at will. It is also absolutely indestructible and never loses its sharp edge. And it can also be imbued with his holy fire for added bonus damage.
The sword also has a second form, in the form of a Chinese Guandao. Its longer reach allows for greater distance from the opponent, and its curved blade is designed for chopping and slashing. Its weight also allows for heavier and harder to block attack, and is quite versatile due to its shape and design. And it's current powers and the wielders abilities are all amplified.
He also has a 12 gauge semi-auto combat shotgun that shoots infinite holy fire infused ammunition, by infusing his power into the shotgun. And he can summon this gun at will at anytime and anywhere.

Human Disguise:
A 7.0 ft tall, bulky athletic physique, a male in his late 30s with a crew cut black hair, zero facial hair, medium toned skin, silver colored eyes (turns red when using his abilities), a large vertical cut-like scar across his left eye. His human name is "Reuel La Croix".
Bio:
Raguel was once an archangel of heaven (the archangel of justice) but was deceived & tricked by demons and was cast out of heaven. In order to regain God's trust, he made an unbreakable pact with God. And so, he became the only fallen angel that still serves God, his fallen state serves as a reminder of his mistake. During this process of the pact, God transformed him into a skeleton wrapped in purple flames (to symbolise the fear of God). He now lives as a symbol of God's Wrath and Vengeance.
First Encounters:
He would usually not act immediately and proceed to stare at the person or entity encounters and use one of his abilities to see their past deeds. And make a decision on what to do with them, whether to trust them or not, or simply execute them on the spot.
Backstory:
He was once a close ally of the Archivists and, a friend to the Collector. But after they sent the Collector to the demon realm and was imprisoned by the last Titan, he was captured and was imprisoned in the demon realm as well for many years. And then one day, an ash-blonde haired human male and a female witch appeared & thought this was an old temple and tried to uncover its mysteries, but instead, they accidentally opened the prison & released the fallen archangel. Now finally released from his prison, he now seeks vengeance against those that betrayed and imprisoned him.

A angelic breast plate with pauldrons that are absolutely indestructible,
A black cargo pants,
A pair of black leather high top boots,
And a pair of black and white gloves with a large indestructible blue dom-shaped gem on each glove that glows an ethereal blue whenever he is using his power of fire.
He also has a black scabbard, strapped on the left side of his waist.
