Shadow Healing Spread

This was...a lot in general and particularly in the context of someone who had previously really hurt me and trying to work out how to respond or what to do with that. On top of that there's just feeling very out of control of a lot of things in my life (and that's even aside from coronavirus!) which these cards definitely pointed at.

I am still trying to process a lot of what came out of this spread in of my shadow but I will get there.
