It has come to my attention that with the current events, it is best to self isolate. Today I will be providing some coping mechanisms for those less keen on staying indoors for prolonged periods.

It is important that ,
even during this crisis,
you are able to talk to
your friends and close
family outside your own
household.
Even if you are unable
to physically visit some
body you know or like ,
having some form of
communication to rely
on even in your darkest
hours of lonesomeness
will most definitely
assist you in keeping
morale high.
Trust my word when I
say; No communication
at all can leave one quite
mad after a while....

One thing very valuable
is that many of you are
well aware of the world
just outside of your
home. Please be weary
of whom you trust to
discuss certain things.
Sites such as the BBC
for the Uk or the CDC
for the Americans are
by far the safest ones
as they contain official
information and sources
for their articles.
Please follow the advice
that your politicians and
scientists provide.

If you are self isolating,
you may be wondering
about what you can do
during this lonesome
time for extroverts,
but dream come true
for introverts. . .
And so I have compiled
a brief list of things!!!
□ Keep up with school work/studies
Alot of people are still students. So be sure to check with your school when, where and how to do your online classes so that you can get the best out of your education.
During my time .... here? I have managed to keep my mind fresh with many spells for different types of magic. Being knowledgable in many things can often make it a little tricky to keep up with some of the simpler things; especially when I didnt have anyone to nag at me to do it anymore.
□ Keep a diary.
If speaking to someone isnt doing it for you, writing a diary to keep your head clear may helo out alot. Doccument your experiences as they happen. Who knows, maybe one day historians will want to see them.
A diary is self explanitory. You dont have to make one if you do not wish, but bottling up your emotions even when on your own is not a healthy habit to endure. For some sketching and doodling your emotions out may be enough; for others its material such as doccumentation or poetry. Do as you please.
□ Watch entertainment
Alot of you may have considered that this is a great opportunity to watch new series, movies or shows that you may not have otherwise considered seeing! This could be via sites like Netflix, Youtube or even Crunchyroll!
Entertainment, i think, is a pretty effective way to boost your own morale and keep your mind clear of any stress within the moment. Though, reading can also count as such entertainment if you do not have access to such online services.
□ Hobbies
This category basically sums up anything else you want or like! This could be playing videogames, drawing things, analysing or writing things ect.. Have some fun and relax with something that makes you happy that you want to get better at.
Hobbies are a light grey middle ground between the black and white spectrum of being outdoors and active and being indoors and bored. Without hobbies, there is less you are able to do when boredom strikes.
And depending on how long quarrantine lasts, they might just be your holy grail for your morale.
