I think Snake and Neil would make a pretty funny duo. They did tend to get along whenever Snake and the others aren't taking over Camp Campbell, so my headcanon is that the two usually hang out. I think maybe they would probably try to do this around the episode where Dolph, Nikki and Nerris were hanging out together, because it could have opened Snake's eyes a little more to the possibility of hanging out with someone else for a change. And sense he got along with Neil at the Lake Lilac Social, that is where he would try to make a new friend. Take them to my teenage AU and they often hang out frequently.
