Which species should i make my next oc?

Vampire- i have a few ideas

Minecraft slime - their cute lol

Protogen- ive wanted t9 make an oc of these , im pretty sure their an open species(someone let me know if their not)

Demon- i have alot of these but i love making more

Cyclops - i dont have one of these yet , i think their pretty cool
