General Falx Carius but I dub his lines similar to how his voice was in Morrowind.

Ever sense I watched Sorcerdave’s let’s play of Skyrim there was something missing when it came to General Falx Carius. Other then his fort being a different shape then it was the the 3rd Era. They did him completely wrong when came voice acting. They should at least Wes Johnson to do his voice good grief.
