Why not both like the bio could be your line and u can get people talking about ya if you say a wiki/backstory is happaning
I would recommend that all Information, Including the Backstory, Should be stored in a Bio.
I usually do summed up versions of the backstory in the bios the backstories would be more fleshed out when written in a separate blog... or well that's how I usually do it.
