I've been a leader before but don't learning anything from that time since it was a small community and we didn't do much

I'm an awkward person so I can't keep a conversation going for long. I'm easily distracted which takes time for me to reply. Sometimes I tend to forget important stuff or any. I think I'm a good listener whenever someone has worries and needs a shoulder to cry on. Oh I'm also a simp (forgive me)
