I don't know if I understood, but I think it says that if you do the quiz, will they give you something? There are 25 a lot, and in English, not how many times am I going to have to repeat it, better not.

You have to get first place to earn the rewards said in the description. If you win first place you'll get 3k ac and a title or two. If you're in one of the top three you'll get a title.
