Unpopular opinion was a short lived series i did a while back, and i figured that since ive run out of ideas for things to post, imma make these into polls, to see who agrees with me.
So the reason i dislike AMVs is because terrible music+low effort=cringe

I love AMVs.
1. Not every AMV is low quality.
2. Some AMVs have great music.
3. They can be cute or used to express emotion or love for something in the show that they like. Or felt sad about.
4. Please don't ever generalize every AMV when you haven't seen every AMV.

I agree with the 2nd one, not every amv has terrible music, and i have found some great artists through amvs.
I don’t like it when they use different characters but I love when ppl animate songs from musicals, for example Hamilton or heathers, but I hate if they take charters and put them in for example I found a animation where they had Marco and Jackie singing congratulations from Hamilton... it made no since. Then when they take clips from show and put it off that sort of pisses me off
The ones that are just random clips from the show put together to a random song are lame. But the ones with amazing editing and a good song where the specific clips f the show match up with the lyrics are cool as shit.
