I feel Mewni people wouldn’t be accepting to Tom and would try to convince Star he uncontrollable monster. Star temporarily break up with him she comfort herself with the laser puppies. Star relies she doesn’t care what anyone thinks and return to him. Tom in the image is talking to sweet, fluffy Dr. Marshmallow. He tells him to chill and try to cheer him up reminding Tom he is awesome. The mewni still hate monsters and don’t want any Butterfly to married another monster.
