When Eclipsa made a deal with young Moon she said: "Once your enemy is killed you MUST give me something in return .. My freedom" and Moon didn't but since Toffee IS dead now she Will get out if you like it or not 'a contract between 2 queens is stronger than any crystal ' that was very clear too
