Angie is usually a charismatic, sort of silly gem who gets excited over the smallest of wonders. He’s quite gullible and usually gets himself into deep trouble after following a lie.

He’s outgoing and pretty emotional, though he bottles his feelings up or lies about them a good amount of the time because of his Homeworld upbringing.

Even though he’s a pretty cheery person, he does know when the time calls for a serious attitude, though, and won’t hesitate to crack someone’s ass if the situation demands it.

He misses Homeworld greatly, often fantasizes about going back there and returning to his normal life among other soldiers again.

Because of his corruption, he has to refrain from touching other gems or organisms for long because Anglesite contains dangerously toxic amounts lead inside of his form, which poisons the things he touches. He used to be able to control this, but he lost that ability after his corruption began.

It’s not completely known exactly what damage it does to gems, and he really doesn’t want to find out. Gems on the harder side are less likely to be hurt easily by his lead, and vice versa.

Bits and pieces of liquid-looking lead float around Anglesite all the time, making him stand out.

Anglesite can no longer summon his old weapon, a morning star, due to his corruption. He relies on his lead, although it drains him greatly to control it. If possible, he uses the things around him as weapons instead.

Overexertion of his lead can cause harm to his own body, burning, scarring or even forcing him to retreat into his gem.

When in water, most of the lead seems to be diluted and is therefore harmless, giving an opponent the upper hand in combat. Being in freezing cold temperatures also renders his lead practically useless.

Anglesite was one of the many gems abandoned on Earth when the Diamonds left and enacted their corruption attack. Small bits and pieces of himself became corrupted, but he was able to shield himself from the majority of the attack using his lead.

His corruption worsens little by little every day, and this process is quickly accelerated when he feels negative and emotions like anger or sadness strongly (like Jasper during her corruption).

He’s now stranded on Earth and stays there in hopes that his crew will eventually come back for him and take him back to Homeworld. He has made a home for himself in an abandoned Kindergarten on Earth, mostly because there’s nothing to feel guilty about killing there. During his time on Earth, he's come to appreciate some of its beauty and how there's life everywhere. He almost doesn't want to go back home anymore, despite how great that would be for him.

During the events of the show, Angie's corruption took over, and he was left to wander around with no memory of who he was. Eventually, he and the rest of the corruptions were healed. Now being able to control his abilities once more, he no longer leaves a trail of dead grass everywhere he steps, not can others be hurt from simply coming into with him (unless he wants them to).
