Snow Cone Sapphires (Food Challenge)

Got bored and made a 2nd one

Since snow cones could be any colour, I decided to give these 2 multiple colours but mostly blue, purple and white to keep that "icy feel"

I was really unsure on what part of them to make the actual "snow cone" so I chose their hair and put cones on it though I probably should've made it a lot rounder than making spirals with it-
