" Alright. War will begin in... in about 24 minutes..."

Star closes his eyes and crosses his arms.

The sun was setting up. The trees stood still, leaves were barely flowing within the breeze. As quiet and peaceful it was, it would be amazing if this moment lasts forever. But it won't.

Onyx stands beside Star. The tall grass blows smoothly, perfect for any landscape. Onyx looks in the distance. Hoping that this won't happen. But as Star envisions, he knew deep down, it will.

Onyx looks at Star. He reaches his hand out to touch the Sapphire's shoulder. But the Blue Sapphire seemed to be focusing on his visions. Deep in thought. Onyx decided that he shouldn't bother the Sapphire. It's nice to know that he's on his side. Onyx pulls his hands away and places them behind his back.

Silence fills upon the area. Onyx looks up, he stays still. Searching through each star that could possibly be Homeworld. It's been thousands, millions of years since he seen it. He could barely it.

" STAR SAPPHIEEEE-AIR!"

A voice calls out loudly in the distance. Startling Onyx, the dark Gem jumps a bit. He turns back to look at Star. The Blue Gem opens his eyes and sighs. Onyx looks back in front.

A female light, yellow Gem ran towards them. Having a slim build than any other Gem Onyx had ever seen. Wearing some type of Indian jewelry. With gray shorts, and a loose black shirt. With black boots. Her hair (colored in lemon) was a bit poofy and wavy.

Onyx looks back at Sapphire. So confused about who this is. Should he summon his weapon? Should he-Too Late.

The bright colored Gem hugs the Blue Sapphire without hesitation. Star chuckles a bit. Onyx looks back from where the Gem came from, then at Star, then back, then front and-

" Excuse Me-W-Who are you??"

Onyx asks the bright Gem.

The unknown Gem stares at Onyx for a moment. She then looks at Star. She seemed confused as well. So Star decided to speak for her. He walked between Onyx and the Gem.

" Onyx, this is Cat's Eye-"

" HELLO~~"

The bright Gem waves at the Dark Gem.

Onyx waves back, awkwardly... with a slight chuckle.

" Hi."

Star leans closer to Onyx.

" I prefer to call her Katie, it's a bit simpler..."

He whispers.

" Oh. Um, but why is she- how did you two-"

" STAR!!!!"

Another voice rises up from the forest. Onyx turns behind him to see another Gem. This one is colored blue, almost like Star.

" Sorry that we came a bit late."

The Blue Gem sighs.

He was a tall and young male with pale light blue skin. Having lighter blue hair shaven into an undercut with short white bangs centered on his forehead. Eyes colored navy blue. Wearing a gray long-sleeved turtleneck shirt under a black vest. The vest has a tall collar with white bars on either lapel and a white zipper, with light gray lining the pockets. He also wears a yellow, fingerless gloves that covers his sleeve's cuff.

He seemed young, but mature enough towards Onyx. The Blue Gem stops abruptly when Onyx was in sight. He chuckles nervously. He leans against Star and whispers something. Onyx couldn't quite make out the words.

" Oh. This is Onyx, a fellow friend of mine. Onyx, this is Tanzanite."

Star introduces.

Onyx extends his hand out. Asking for a handshake. Tanzanite accepts it.

" Hey there Mate, What brings you here for war?"

Tanzanite asks.

" I was about to ask the same..."

Onyx crossed his arms, glaring at Star.

Star notices Onyx and smirks. He pulls Tanzanite and Katie away. He tells them something and faces back to Onyx. He and Onyx talked alone.

" Onyx, we won't be fighting alone."

Star says.

" W-Wait. What?"

Onyx rises his eyebrows.

" I'm saying we won't be the only ones, I brought some friends here from Homeworld that are willing to help us."

" You didn't tell me that-"

" I didn't believe it was necessary. I vision different scenarios. Obviously, I didn't envision this!"

Star whispers.

" Well, how did you meet them, or find..."

Onyx looks behind him to see the two new Gems.

" I asked if they wanted to fight with me, and rebel a bit against the Diamonds. Don't worry, there's a whole lot more Gems."

" Wait. There's more!? How many-"

" Around twenty, okay?"

" But what-"

" Onyx. If you ask one more question... I will-"

The ground shook as echoes filled upon the forest. Screams and shouts came from Homeworld Gems. It was time.

The War Has Begun.
