PHOSPHOPHYLLITE

yeah it might LOOK like i haven't been working on my LOTL/SU project but i HAVE been

for context, this project is set in an alternate universe where different gems, with somewhat different purposes, have to deal with a violent rebel group called the lunarians. it's a little weird, so if the things i say here don't make sense, just ask so i can clear up any confusion :sweat_smile:

phosphophyllite is a gem created without much of a purpose, besides being a gift for yellow diamond from green diamond. she isn't as versitile and as helpful as a pearl, and not as playful as a spinel. she's not even as useful as a sapphire or as strong as an agate.

phos' only real saving grace is that she's an incredibly rare gem, perhaps even the only phosphophyllite around. if green diamond had created more of her kind, certainly nobody would know. not since green was shattered.

this is phos' form, a sort of basic factory setting. her gem is an upsidedown teardrop on her lower chest. notice her flouncy sleeves and skirt, and darker, but not moody color palette. she retains this form from her birth 'til when she's poofed in her first lunarian attack. the information on the lunarians will come later, but for now, just know they're aggressive.

this is phos' second form, which she keeps from her first poofing to an event in the future that i won't disclose yet. it's a secret, involving a character you don't know at the moment! notice her darker and greener color scheme, and sharper sleeves and skirt. phos is beginning to mature and understand the world around herself, which is reflected in these design choices
