New outfit check☆°•

Yoo.. my like, first actual post of the year?...that is kinda very sad to be honest.

I mean i have been super busy ofcourse. Mostly with college, my mental health and other series as i left SU chillin' for a bit.

But i am happy to say i am getting back into it and i'm working more on the villian team as they found new recruits that will give them the key to defeat the crystal gems! I am also redeg and redrawing the reference arts for most of my gems. Doing some outfit changes and making them prettier hehe. And i am also making more fusions again!

But before we get into all of that..

IT'S TIME FOR THE MAIN SQUAD TO GET NEW OUTFITS!!!!!! STARTING WITH SPODUMENE HERSELF!

Yes yes. She has been rocking the star overals and a striped shirt for a long time now. It's time for her next glowup!

So here are all the past outfits that she had through the years. I was very happy with the last one. It really fits her. But i wanted to do something fresh to start the new year so started deg different outfits and trying out all kinds of stuff.

I knew i wanted to do something fresh with her hair aswell since i like to change that along with her new outfit.

This is the first thing i whent with. Though i soon realized there where way to many patterns going on plus it did not really feel like Spodumene. So i kept going

Next i tried this. Just for experimenting. I was not gonna use this for her as it is way too ritch and expensive looking for Spodumene's taste. She is a happy carefree energetic kind of girl.

Once again it is too formal looking for Spodumene. But it does look cute on her though. I even tried some color swaps with the next fiew to see what looks better.

This one was very nice. I really like the little scarf. It gives a feel of adventure and exploring. Though i found the overals to be too simulair to her past form and do want to try something excitingly new and not just almost the same.

This was the last one i made before making my final decision. It's cute. I like the pants. But the scarf wasn't really doing it for me. Plus her hair is already a focus on something long so it becomes too much or kinda akward if i also give her a long scarf

Pfew.. that was some work. After i made all these i was kinda bored and left it for a couple of weeks. Till i recently came back to try some more. I did a couple more sketches to experiment but aventually settled on a new perfect outfit!

•°☆EVERYONE I REPRESENT, SPODUMENE'S NEW FIT!☆°•

It has the lovely cute little scarf ( as you can tell i really wanted to use a scarf lmao ) and some big baggy jeans! And some extra bands around her arm and leg. I also split her hair into two long skinny streaks. I think she looks pretty fine if i do say so myself. What do you think?

Next up will be Citrine. Wich i am having a design crisis with. So hope ur looking forward to that :point_left: :grinning: :point_left:
